This Full Moon in ARIES is opposite our Sun in LIBRA. Aries is a Fire sign that is about the Self, Action, Aggression, Fierceness, Independence, Courage, Dynamism, Enthusiasm, Assertiveness, and Urgency. This energy can also be Implusive, Egotistical, Irritable, Explosive, Pushy, Selfish, Rude, Brash, Impatient, and Headstrong.

Anytime a Full Moon is here we need to focus on BALANCE. Our goal is to balance the opposite energies of the Sun {personality/character} and the Moon {Mood/Emotions} as they oppose each other in the sky, pushing and pulling in opposite directions, this puts our energy at odds.

Balance needs to be found between asserting your will and compromising with others, being a bully vs. a pushover, standing up for what you believe vs. agreeing with something you don’t believe in just to make friends, being courageous vs. giving into fears, making quick and impulsive decisions vs. sitting on the fence for an eternity.

This New Moon is connected to the Sun in Libra. Libra is about balance, cooperation, compromise, beauty, art, lightheartedness, socializing, fairness, refinement, relationships and romance.  This energy can also be gullible, codependent, lazy, and indecisive.

This New Moon in Libra is conjunct the Sun and both are square Mars & Pluto. There is a need to find compromise and cooperation within your relationships. Power struggles are likely. Fears have a way of creeping in and we could be under the illusion that we can avoid pain and discomfort if we can control the situation or the other person. Of course, we cannot. And trying to do so will only cause more struggle and tension within your relationships. If you are bottling feelings up there will be a push in the days following this New Moon which could have you bursting at the seams. If you’ve been resisting your transformation your emotions could explode now, leaving things in shambles, in order for you to make the progress that you need to. This may not look like progress at first. But, don’t be deceived by appearances. The New Moon in Libra would prefer to keep things on the surface, looking neat and pretty to the outside world. But, masks can only be worn for so long until the need to show your face grows strong.
