Faith, to me, is knowing that whatever happens in life there is always a higher purpose.

There is always a lesson to be learned.

There is always knowledge to be gained.

Faith is knowing that no matter how much you’re suffering, no matter how hard times seem, no matter how much pain you’re in, things constantly change and what emerges from the hardship, the trials, is a better, stronger, more resilient, and more expansive YOU.

Faith is waking up in the morning and knowing that your feet will hit the ground.

YOU ARE HERE FOR A REASON.
