Here’s a mudra for you to get your DIGESTION on after you eat all those holiday goodies! 

Digestion Mudra

Instructions: Rub your hands together vigorously until you feel the heat build between your hands. Place your right hand on top of your left forearm and your left hand underneath your right forearm. Hold your arms in front of you and breathe deeply and slowly into your belly, in and out through your nose, for 3-7mins.
