Don’t Worry, Be Happy 🙂

Instructions:

Touch the tips of pinkies and ring fingers together and hold hands in front of the chest with fingers separated and palms facing towards you.

Hold for 3, 5, or 7mins while practicing a cooling breath, Sitali Pranayam.

To practice this breath roll your tongue or place the tip of the tongue on the front roof of the mouth behind the top row of teeth.
Keep the tongue in this position as you INHALE through the mouth. Then, EXHALE through the nose. Match the length of the inhale to the exhale.
