New Moons are a time of starting over, new beginnings, taking action steps towards your dreams and goals, creating and renewal!

This New Moon is connected to the Sun in Pisces. Anytime there is a New Moon it is directly connected {Conjunct} the Sun. Pisces energy is Sweet Natured, Compassionate, Kind, Caring, Adaptable, Creative, Empathic, Imaginative, Sentimental, Intuitive/Psychic, Inspiring, and Soulful. It can also be Gullible, Vague, Escapist, Delusional, Impressionable, Confused, Too Sensitive, Elusive and Deceptive.

Can you be kind to yourself?

Are you using your sensitivity to help and heal or to wallow in self-pity?

Are you strong enough to be compassionate?

This Pisces New Moon is extra sensitive being that it is exactly conjunct Neptune, Pisces ruling planet. It is also highly romantic, dreamy, and and a little confused with Mercury retrograde in Pisces adding to this confusion. There may be much looking back at how things used to be and romanticizing what actually was. It is easy to get caught up in illusion or the way we wish/wished things were. Sensitivity is high but this also means so is your intuition. Your empathy is also increased and if you are already an empath you may feel this even more. Take some time to retreat and get in touch with what your actually feeling vs. the feelings you are just picking up from others. Especially if you start to feel drained, confused, or like you are going crazy. Separate yourself and check back in with your own truth.

With the moon sextile mars and saturn this allows you to use your creativity and drive to put your dreams into action. This influence gives you the ability to utilize your patience and discipline to achieve your goals and take care of your responsibilities. It’s important to pay attention to a tendency towards paranoia. It is VERY likely you are not seeing things clearly now or in the right light. It’s also easy to be misinterpreted or for others to misinterpret you. With all this Pisces energy AND our planet of communication taking a nap (mercury retrograde) thinking is more than foggy. Illusion (or delusion) happens more often and when we come out of this month you make look back with a COMPLETELY new perception. But, for now you aren’t likely seeing things clearly. Choose love and acceptance above all else and don’t believe everything you think, or even THINK you see.

Venus is square Uranus and this adds excitement to your love life or the need for it. It can also bring chaos. There’s a strong need for change, independence, and something new and interesting. The same old boring routine may be getting to you. This could cause you or others to act out, react angrily and out of character, or encourage to spice up your current relationship in a healthy way. Choose wisely. Do things differently, create a new experience, try new things in the bedroom. Just make sure you are not being destructive and ruining everything you have built up.

There is a mystical and magical feeling in the air and you may very likely be feeling more spiritual or tuned in. Romance is high in the days following the New Moon so do something special for your loved one. Follow your creative inclinations. Dance, Sing, Act, Write, Design, Paint, CREATE! You can use your heightened intuition to tap into the depths of your creativity and know what needs to be added to and revised on your current path. Take this newfound knowledge and use it to make your dreams a reality. Take action now, as the moon waxes after the peak of the New Moon, to improve on any projects, relationships, spiritual practices, and healing methods. You have the vision. You just need to take action to implement the changes. Once mercury goes retrograde (by April) you will be ready to move forward with your revisions in an even bolder way!

Remember not to carry your judgements with you any longer. They are weighing you down and keeping you from moving forward. Forgive yourself and others. That is where the freedom is. Have Faith.
