The Moon is New in Sagittarius at 15°, in the sign of the Centaur, on Thursday, December 6th, at 11:20pm {pst}

New Moons are a time of starting over, new beginnings, taking action steps towards your dreams and goals, creating and renewal!

This New Moon is connected to the Sun in Sagittarius. Anytime there is a New Moon it is directly connected {Conjunct} to the Sun. Sagittarius is about Adventure, Morals, Enthusiasm, Passion, Beliefs, Knowledge, Optimism, Experience, Laughter, Expansion, Truth, Versatility, Ideals, and Travel. It can also bring about Restlessness, Frankness, Recklessness, Exaggeration, Tactlessness, and Unreliability.

Can you have Faith no matter the circumstances?

Can you stay optimistic about the Future?

Can you laugh things off and just have fun?

This New Moon in Sagittarius is packed with Fiery Passion. There is a lot of built up tension at this New Moon and frustration is highly likely. It’s important to remember to acknowledge the anger you feel if and when it arises. Do not stuff it down and if you have been, it’s time to release it in a HEALTHY way. I repeat, DO NOT STUFF YOUR EMOTIONS and hold them in. This could backfire now. Let them come to the surface for processing. Exercise, work them off, release them through Sex. Your magnetism is high. If you do know how to channel any agression in a healthy manner then you can tap into the energy that is super Optimistic, Abundant, and Growth-Oriented now.

There is a lot of warmth and good fortune swirling around and you’ll be feeling Social and Talkative. This New Moon will have you looking to the Future to create many wonderful new adventures and experiences. Spiritual Growth is also very likely at the New Moon. It would not be surprising to have a breakthrough, become interested in going deeper into meditation or Yoga, and finally connecting the dots to all that has been puzzling you. If you have been waiting for more opportunity or a ‘lucky break’ it is here. But you have to be able to open your eyes to see it. Make sure you get all the facts and details and then have enough Faith to take the Leap! The time is now. 

Mercury also goes direct this same day at 1:22pm. The days following are always the most confusing. So make sure if you are getting into something that seems to good to be true to get all of the facts. Give it a couple of days and things will be clearer and perfect for making a move. You’re searching for your Truth. You know what it is. Now you can pin it down.

It’s important to pay attention to your close relationships and make sure you are not being overly domineering, uncompromising, or too pushy. You wouldn’t want to be forced into anything so don’t force others just to satisfy your own needs. Although you could very well be in defensive fight mode, it is best to curb that tendency and look for a way to get along, to see anothers perspective, and to compromise or sit back. Wait for another time. Choose to fight another day. Because with this New Moon’s influence things could get ugly if you insist on pushing and staying stuck in your beliefs and ideals. Not to mention with the Sun square Neptune you will be feeling weakened, tired, and sensitive. You are not seeing things as clearly as you need to be right now. So use Caution. Rest instead. Paint, Dance, Write, Sing, watch a movie but don’t allow yourself to get engaged in drawing up conclusions that will cause you to overreact. I’m just going to go ahead and say it. You are most likely “Trippin” right now. Your viewpoint and emotions are skewed by your subconscious fears and insecurities. Just. Let. It. Go. Wait until a better time. 

With Mars Conjunct Neptune you will be feeling Romantic and Sensual or Paranoid and Delusional. This influence can bring up powerful emotion and also high creativity. There is a sweetness in the air but there is also confusion about direction and many fears that are being triggered. Confidence is low and it’s easy to be triggered. Look for your Truth and go with the Flow. Allow for withdrawal and contemplation as needed. 

With Venus square Uranus sudden recent shifts in your income, for better or worse, could have you feeling frazzled and shaken up or excited and optimistic. Changes in relationship could also come abruptly, for better or worse. Either way, you will be surprised and relieved or surprised and disheartened. The best you can do is use the adaptability of the Sagittarius New Moon to make the best of your circumstances. Stay positive and remember tomorrow is a new day and new opportunities await. You may be feeling impulsive and like bucking up against the ‘rules’ or norm. Go ahead and be yourself of course, but remember that you need people, partners, friends, in order to make progress and create REAL Change.
