Exercise: Chair Pose

Directions: Stand with your feet hip width apart and your toes pointing straight forward. Lift your toes and ground down into the soles of your feet. Inhale arms up overhead or rest hands on your hips and bend your knees, squatting down. Keep your knees over your ankles. Do not allow them to collapse together.
