SOLAR ECLIPSE!
Solar Eclipse is a time where the moon blocks the light of the sun for a period of time. During this time our solar energy is blocked. Habits and personality traits have the opportunity to be wiped clean. A fresh start is possible in a bigger way as the Solar Eclipse adds extra power to the New Moon’s energy. A COSMIC RESET and your chance to WIPE THE SLATE CLEAN. This is a Solar Detoxification!
New Moons are always about New Beginnings and taking action steps towards your dreams. This Moon is connected to the Sun in Pisces. Pisces is about spirituality, healing, the subconscious mind, compassion, kindness, forgiveness, acceptance, imagination, creativity, and adaptability. This energy can also bring about laziness, escapism, confusion, illusion, self-pity, and oversensitivity.
Old wounds resurfacing now need healing, compassion and kindness. The time is overdue to forgive yourself for your wrong doings and forgive those who you feel have hurt you.
How are you condemning yourself for things you have done and keeping yourself in a prison of your own making?
Are you stunting your growth by blocking off your creativity and being inflexible?
Will you stay focused and dedicated to your goals in spite of your desires and urges to escape into fantasy?
Can you see what drives you and how you have been operating from your subconscious mind and old patterning?
This New Moon Solar Eclipse in Pisces wants you to clear the way for more productive ways of being there for yourself and others. It’s time to show up with an open heart without taking on the needs and pain of your environment and the people around you. It’s time to grow past the victim mentality you have developed in any area of your life. Stop feeling sorry for yourself. Stop blaming. Surrender to what is and know that whatever obstacles you face, or have faced, you CAN overcome.

This New Moon in Pisces can help you spark your creative ideas into action. As long as you don’t allow doubt and pessismism to take over your creative brilliance can shine through now. For a moment the Solar Eclipse blocks the light of our Sun. Eclipses are powerful and we feel their affects for up to 6months. In turn, our Solar/Masculine energy is blocked, stuck, stagnant, still. The light is eclipsed and we are entrenched in the darkness. It can be scary there. The possibilities can look bleak. The fears and insecurtities you must face to follow through can seem overwhelming. You may want to give up. But, if you hold on a little longer the light will shine through again. The reward for your patience and perseverance will be illuminated. You will see that dreams really can come true. Pay attention to the dreams you dream now. Messages come to you while you sleep and can bring helpful information for what needs to be seen now and the best course of action.
Be gentle, soft, subtle, and quitely contemplate your next steps. Your emotional sensitivity allows you to see into yourself but you could make up all sorts of imaginative stories to support your theory. Be careful of believing too much in the stories you are telling yourself now if they are realistic and don’t support where you want to go. Self-defeating behavior will not get you to where you want to be. An emotional awakening is highly likely with the amount of insight available.
Self-confidence could be lacking and finding the right words can be hard to come by. Look for other ways to express yourself creatively through poetry, dance, music, or painting. You are writing a story with every choice you make. You are writing the story of your life. How do you want it to go? How do you want it to end? How did you get there? You decide. You create it. Look to your patterns. In looking there is much to learn.

Exercise: Foot Tapping.
Directions: Sit down on the ground or on a seat. Bring your right foot up to the top of your left leg/knee where you can reach it. Cupping your left hand, begin to tap the bottom of your right foot so that the base of your palm connects with the arch of your foot during the exercise. Tap 108 times. Sit for a moment noticing what you feel and breathing deeply through your nose for a minimum of 3 slow and complete breaths. Repeat on left foot.
Benefits: This is a healing exercise activating thousands of nerve endings in your feet. The feet are connected to everything in your body. This exercise helps to ground your energy and also helps to support the immune system.
