The Moon is New in Taurus at 24°, the sign of the Bull, on Tuesday, May 15^th, at 4:48am {pdt}

New Moons are a time of starting over, new beginnings, taking action steps towards your dreams and goals, creating and renewal!

This New Moon is connected to the Sun in Taurus. Taurus is about Endurance, Stability, Steadiness, Responsibility, Security, Peace, Comfort and Patience. It also brings about Stubborness, Self-Indulgence, Materialism, Resentment, and Inflexibility.

At the time of this New Moon Uranus moves into Taurus after being in the sign of Aries since 2011. This is a Big Shift in energy. Change happens unexpectedly, without warning. Taurus energy likes to be sure, to know what can be counted on. But Uranus is the ‘Great Awakener’, Planet of Shock and Liberation. So, this New Moon may not be as Calm and Peaceful as Taurus energy may be used to.

If you find yourself resisting what is come back to what is of most importance and value to you. Fortune and abundance may be yours but it may not appear to be so at first glance. Take risks but don’t be too impulsive or reckless as Mars squares off with Uranus. Use the energy of the Taurus New Moon to cultivate patience and a more steady pace than you may feel inclined towards now.
