Why I teach Yoga?

I teach Yoga because it has changed my life for the better.

You don’t get into this kind of profession for the money. I am not saying you cannot make money. With the opportunity we have here, that’s always up to you. I’m saying I do it because I’ve experienced how yoga works, how it has helped me and how yoga has changed my life. Not my body, although it will change your body too. But, I’m not a fitness teacher. I LOVE the healing benefits. The maintaining of my emotions, depression, anxiety, anger, ego. Not to mention, the relief I’ve found from physical ailments, to name a few: digestive issues, tense muscles, immune system, heart and lung strength, detoxification and overall body awareness to know what my body appreciates and what it cannot tolerate.

I want to guide people who WANT to transform. I want to share the tools I have found to be SO helpful.

Astrology is only a piece of this large puzzle. It is a SIGNIFICANT piece though. I don’t claim to predict the future. YOU are in charge of your life. I want clients who KNOW that and are ready to release a VICTIM mentality, to become EmPOWERed and FREE.

I am not your guru. I am not a saint. I am no where near perfect. I am just GUIDING you until the awareness sinks into YOUR body & being.

Astrology has always ONLY been a tool to determine the POSSIBILITIES. And it is an EXCELLENT tool. It’s not a religion. It’s not something to instill FEAR into you. No. That’s not my style.

My focus is GROWTH. My growth, your growth, the growth of our society. That ALL begins with awareness.
