prasarita paddottonasana

The moon has moved into the Introspective and watery sign of Cancer until Thursday morning. The Sun is still in the headstrong sign of Aries until Friday, when it moves into the grounding and stable sign of Taurus.

Keep your thoughts clear and tame impulsive and reactive behavior. If you are feeling this energy and the sensitivity that is in the air is affecting your mood, making you feel down and out or crabby and temperamental you can practice this pose, Wide Leg Stretch or known in Sanskrit as Prasarita Paddottonasana.
