As we sit in this Solar Capricorn energy on the brink of yet another year, another lesson, another exciting journey, and more opportunity to grow and learn.

★ Did you make the progress you wanted to make this past year personally, professionally, emotionally, spiritually?

★ Are you giving yourself credit for what you have actually accomplished?

★ Can you reflect on what you have learned and what you are thankful for this past year?

★ What challenged you to your Core?

★ What made you grow into your own beautiful self even more?

★ Are there things, situations, people you are still holding onto that need to be released?

★ If you could let them go, would it bring your closer to what you want to create in 2015?

★ Do you BELIEVE that you can create your life exactly the way that you want it?

In 2014 I learned to deal with ALOT of fear and do it anyways. I was challenged to commit to things in my life and I am not particularly fond of commitment. But, I am learning that consistency is the key. So, I made commitments where I normally would have ran away. To challenge myself. I realized where my weaknesses lie and I didn’t recognize them to condemn myself but to know where I might be blocked or holding myself back. I came to the conclusion that when it came to stepping up and putting myself ‘OUT THERE’ I did a GREAT JOB! When it came to courage and extending myself beyond what I believe I’m capable of I EXTENDED. But there were things I noticed I avoided all together too. Important things in my business, organizing my finances, realistically, my personal life. With awareness I will do what I need to open my mind up to these areas.

Over the course of MANY years I get better and better at letting go of the illusion of so called ‘perfection’. Judgments of myself lessen and I realize that what I do with my life is MY choice. And in the end, I need to LIVE for me. Life is literally the BLINK OF AN EYE. Why waste ONE moment not living in a way that resonates with you? I CHOSE AGAIN TO LIVE FROM MY HEART. The fact that there will always be people who don’t care for you became a bigger lesson in my life as well. Because the more I put myself out there, the more I felt the ‘haters’ creep in. I realized my TRUE WHY I am doing what I am doing. I’ve realized we are not subjected to specifics, certain rules, beliefs, organizations, or structures any more than we THINK we are. Things we’ve always believed in and bought into are NOT necessarily true. Who makes these rules?!?

THIS IS YOUR LIFE!

Your life can take on whatever meaning and ‘Rules’ YOU give it. It’s as SIMPLE as that. So can your relationship. If you’re in a partnership then whatever ‘Rules’ and meaning you and your partner give it is what matters. What is right for you, is what is right. It doesn’t matter what others think. It’s YOUR LIFE!

I’ve learned that I NEVER give myself enough credit and that I NEED to recognize what I am giving and STOP selling myself short.

I am realizing my power in this life, my worth, each of ours. Yours and Mine.

My wish for you is that you can see this too…

♥ I hope you see your Power and that you KNOW you are not a victim. Realize how much power you have to influence the lives of the people around you for better or for worse-AND the POWER you have to influence your own life.

♥ I hope you know you are FREE to be you and the only thing holding you back IS you.

♥ I hope you realize your strength and give yourself credit where it is due.

♥ I hope you know that you do DESERVE to be loved and no matter what you have done ‘wrong’ you are just as worthy of love as anyone else, ESPECIALLY your own.

♥ I hope you know that you CAN do the things you feel are impossible. IT IS POSSIBLE if you want it badly enough.

♥ I hope you know that during those times when you are feeling sad, defeated and all alone- you WILL pull out of the darkness. DON’T GIVE UP.

♥ I hope you see that your worth is NOT determined by how others see you or feel about you but by how YOU see you and feel about you.

♥ I hope that you realize the importance of your partnerships, your connections, your relationships and you give to them with your whole heart but you don’t let them define you or control you.

♥ I hope you know that you ARE special in your own unique way and when you feel a twinge of jealousy you know that it’s OKAY and you love yourself anyways. You don’t condemn yourself but instead you let it be a reflection back to you on where you can incorporate MORE of what you love and step up courageously in your life knowing that YOU CAN HAVE THAT TOO.

♥ I hope you see just how beautiful you TRULY are and that you let your inner beauty be the reflection of  your outer beauty- Instead of getting caught up in the clothes you’re wearing, what car you drive, how many degrees and certifications you’ve obtained, what social status you have or where you live.

♥ I hope that you know who ever you are is GOOD ENOUGH. You are enough.

♥ I hope that when you fall down and mess up you laugh it off, pick yourself back up and you try again and you give that same courtesy to others when they fall short.

♥ I hope that when you feel something that resonates deep in your heart, deep in your soul, you don’t let the opinions of others guide you. Instead you listen to your own truth.

♥ I hope that when it feels like the end and you’re convinced that your whole world is falling apart, and you’re lying on the floor in a pile, cracked open from the core, torn up from life’s trials and loves heartache, that you KNOW that this is a new beginning, your rebirth. Feeling torn apart and broken open is an opportunity for the light to shine through again.

♥ My wish is that when you feel it’s right and it tingles down to your toes and your hair stands on end and your heart skips a beat…..YOU LISTEN.

♥ Last, but DEFINITELY not least, I hope you practice Yoga! 😉

REFLECTION: In rememberance of 2014 take a moment to review your year, REWIND from now to the beginning of 2014. Don’t worry about details just acknowledge what comes up. As if at the end of your day, GIVE THANKS for what you’ve learned, experienced, and grown from. Let the rest FALL AWAY so that there is room to create what you WANT in 2015.

Thank you 2014 for your lessons and the opportunity to live again. I know I chose what happened this past year. I am not a victim I am the CREATOR of my life and my destiny. I CHOOSE what I make of every encounter, every relationship, every hardship and every single experience. I don’t look back regretful, because I KNOW things were exactly as they needed to be. As this year comes to culmination, I release what I’ve been holding onto and I make room for the blessing that are on their way.
